The mini course offers a 30- minute meditation on consciously ending the past year, information on Austrian folklore, how to set yourself up for the meditation, how to journal and journalling prompts to take your reflections further. Inspired by custom of Sperrnacht (closing night), this meditation reviews the year and supports intentional closure.
You can repeat the meditation several times until it times out after 120 days of access.

Your Facilitator:
Dr Astrid Bernkopf has been a professional ballet dancer and is now qualified ballet, yoga and meditation teacher. In her journey to meditation, Astrid has been influenced by a variety to instructors and philosophical directions.
Astrid has gained her Meditation Teacher qualification from Kelly Smith, founder of Yoga for You. She has since expanded with qualifications in Yoga Nidra by My Vinyasa Practice, Sagel Urlacher and Yoga Medicine.
Her love for story telling, fantasy, fairy tales and folklore influence Astrid’s meditation scripts and give an original take. Astrid hosts The Mindfulness Revolution Podcast and ‘S Meditationseckerl which provide monthly meditations in German and English languages.
