Take time for yourself this spring.
The online Spring Retreat offers a 2 hr experience to slow down, breathe, move and reflect on personal growth. Videos will come live on 21 March for the start of spring.
In the retreat you will receive:
- information on how to use the materials
- initial grounding and breath work
- 1 hr yoga flow class
- 30 minute meditation
- journalling prompts to take your reflections further.
120 Days access
During this period, you can repeat the retreat experience as often as you wish.
Who is it for?
- people wishing to enter spring with purpose
- people wishing to take a short moment for themselves
- people trying to reduce stress and reflect how they can grow
The yoga class requires participant to easily get up and down to the floor. Prior knowledge of yoga is recommended.
Please exercise due caution and do not exercise if unwell or if uncertain of poses.
The meditation will explore personal goals. It is not a therapeutic intervention. If you experience current trauma or mental health problems, please seek medical advice or speak to a counsellor.
