Winter Solstice Meditation
In this 30-minute meditation, you will relax into a restful state, consider the learning of the past year and allow your heartfelt desires to grow. You will work on slowly relaxing your body and breath and enjoy a winter themed visualization to support the theme of starting the new year. As you meditate, you are invited to reflect on your life, your values and how they align.
You can repeat the meditation several times until it times out after 120 days of access.
